VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENT SERVICES

A Vocational Assessment can now be obtained through the Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital Vocational Evaluation Unit. Since this Unit is not CARF accredited, you may allow $125.00 per Assessment.

WORK HARDENING

Effective February 7, 1994, DVR allowable rates for Work Hardening services are being increased to the following:

Work Hardening, Four Hours of Less--$90.00 Per Day

Work Hardening, Four to Eight Hours—145.00 Per Day

COMPREHENSIVE PAIN MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

MAINTENANCE: ROOM

The current room rate at the Springs Motel for out-of-town Pain Management Program patients/clients is $37.80 per day.
