RE:                              Dental Fee Schedule

The Dental Fee Schedule has been updated.  All fees are effective immediately.  Any American Dental Association (ADA) code and/or procedure not listed on the Schedule should be treated as a “By Report.”  You will notice “99999.00” in the Unit Price column on this Schedule which does designate “By Report” Procedures.

To print the current Dental Fee Schedule in the Case Management System (CMS), please go to CMS District Office/Reports/Fee Schedule Report.  Choose DE 10/08/2003  A  Dental and click on the Print Icon.
